Mrs.  Laxmi Bisht is an Advocate and Partner Designate at L. S. DAVAR & CO., practising in the domain of Trademarks and Copyright for the past 30 years. She graduated from Delhi University and has completed her LLB from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra.

Her experience in intellectual property (IP) includes representing clients in prosecution matters related to trademarks, international registrations (IR), and copyright. She handles post-registration issues, assignments, and customs filings, and represents clients before the Trademarks Registry and Copyright Office. She is also managing trademark prosecution matters in foreign jurisdictions, including neighbouring countries.
