MR. SHUBHOJEET GHOSH, Partner Designate, has over 13 years of experience in dealing with Intellectual Property matters. He holds a Master’s degree in technology (M. Tech) in Electronics and Communications engineering, holds a law degree i.e. LL. B, and has also obtained a professional diploma in Intellectual Property law from NALSAR, Hyderabad. He is also a registered patent agent and authorized to appear before the patent and trademark offices in India on Intellectual Property matters.

In addition to the above, he was involved with policy related subject matters and litigation involving technology and law. With regard to patent prosecution at the patent and trademark office in India, he mainly practices in matters of mobile or wireless communication technologies, automotive technologies and other patent subject matters involving electrical, electronics and computer science engineering. He had also worked on matters involving prior art search, invalidation of patents, patent valuation, freedom to operate and patent drafting. He has educated and advised students and faculty in educational institutions and employees of small-scale industries on the scope and benefits of protection of Intellectual Property rights
