VIKRAMJEET SINGH, is a Managing Associate at L. S. Davar & Co. and an Advocate enrolled with the Bar with nearly 15 years of experience in contentious litigation, with a focused practice in intellectual property litigation and enforcement.

He regularly appears before District Courts and High Courts across India and has extensive experience before specialised judicial and quasi-judicial forums including the Intellectual Property Appellate Tribunal (and thereafter the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi), DRT, DRAT, NCDRC, and RERA.

He is seasoned in handling trademark infringement and passing off actions, oppositions, rectifications, and appeals. He has secured interim injunctions and favourable orders for several clients in high- value IP disputes, including matters involving foreign rights holders, multinational corporations, and large Indian enterprises.

He has also assisted Court-appointed Commissioners in IPR enforcement raids across India, coordinating with local police and enforcement agencies.

Further, he has been appointed as Court Commissioner by the Hon’ble Bombay High Court in several trademark, copyright, and design infringement related matters, which involved execution of court orders, coordinating with police authorities, inventory and seizure of infringing goods and reporting compliance in enforcement actions filed by leading consumer brands.

His practice is strongly litigation-driven, with particular emphasis on urgent injunctions, enforcement strategy, procedural precision, and effective protection of IP rights.
