MRS. DIKSHA SINGH is an alumni of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow (RMLNLU) and having a master’s degree (LL.M.) from National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ), she is a Managing Associate with over 9 years of experience in a wide variety of IP practices, including IP prosecution, enforcement and brand protection in India as well as other countries.

She assists clients spanning various industries in a multitude of contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including IP due-diligence, enforcement, and representations before the Trademarks Registry. She is adept at providing holistic 360-degree legal advice to clients, keeping in mind practical business issues, and believing in expeditious resolution of matters.

She is a member of INTA (and was a member of the Right of Publicity Committee from 2022 – 2025), and also actively participates in domestic and international conventions and conferences.
