Invited to The Parliament of India
Late Mr. L.S.Davar was Invited as a witness to the joint/select committee constituted to present report on The Patent Bill, 1965 to the Parliament of India during the year 1966. Based on the recommendation of the committee, The Patent Act, 1970 was enacted which still remains the basis for putting in place a balanced patent regime in India.
