Mrs. Rashmi Gupta is a Registered Patent Agent and holds a degree in Chemistry (Hons.). She has a first-class Master’s degree in Environmental Science (Gold Medalist) and is a Lawyer. She has several years of experience in the field of Intellectual property, particularly prosecution and providing opinions to the client with respect to Intellectual property laws. She is responsible for prosecution in pharma and chemical-related matters and has appeared for an oral hearing before the Patent Office on several cases.
