Position: Senior IP Associate - Trademarks

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trademarks Associate to join our Trademarks team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of trademark matters, including clearance, filing, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management for both domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct trademark clearance searches and provide risk assessments.

• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications before the USPTO and international offices.

• Manage global trademark portfolios and coordinate with foreign counsel.

• Handle oppositions, cancellations, and enforcement actions.

• Advise clients on brand protection strategies and trademark best practices.

Requirements:

• LL.B. from a recognized university and enrolled with the Bar Council.

• 5 -08 years of litigation experience with a reputed law firm or chambers.

• Strong command over written and spoken English.

• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with court procedures, and filing systems.

• Ability to multitask, work independently under supervision, and deliver under tight timelines.
